Vengeance
“Give to Ceasar’s what is for Ceasar’s; and to God, which is for God.”
Do not put the law on your own hands. But then again...
“The law is not always just; and justice is not always legal.”
Strive not for
vengeance but for Justice. Unfortunately
in my opinion as long as there are people out there ( cops, judges,
witnesses ) that can be bought / coerced / killed , we cannot truly achieve
justice here on earth. ( Case example is the Ampatuan Murders ). Even the
judges were afraid to take the case !
Another case is the
minors protection from prosecution. Minors below the age of 18 who commit crimes cannot be jailed but only
brought to the DSWD for safekeeping until they reach their 18th year. This law
has backfired real big on our crime prevention efforts ! The criminals know of
this law and are really racking in the profits of their crime wave !
*sighs* Nowadays, JUSTICE seems just so hard to reach but even then.. vengeance is not the answer.
